Payment can be done in a variety of ways, the most popular of which is paypal. If you have a paypal account you can pay via your bank account, web site balance or your credit and debit cards.
Credit/Debit Cards can also be charged using propay, you do not need an account and i can send you an invoice to pay online securely to their site. Propay is whom I use for charging credit cards at conventions.
Money Orders can be sent via USPS, I only accept MOs within the US. payment must be received within a week from within your order is placed or the items will go back onto the web site.
Cash is only accepted for local customers(Garland, Tx)when they pick up their items.
Deposits are occasionally needed for custom orders, these are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
I will gladly accept returns on all chainmaille, buyer is responsible for all shipping.
Refunds are only given via store credit and do not cover shipping charges.
If any chainmaille items ever need repairing I will gladly do so for free. This is a lifetime offer. The only exceptions are when something has broken that cant be replaced such as specific beads and charms, or if you have lost pieces of it before returning it to me. As with returns customer is responsible for all shipping.
Most items you can add to your cart are pre made items and can be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days once payment is confirmed.
Custom orders that i have the supplies to make will be shipped out within a week.
Custom Orders that require me to order supplies can take anywhere from a week to 3 weeks depending on it you would like to pay for me to have the supplies express shipped. Large labor intensive projects will not have an accurate time quote until I start working on it.
If you aren't upgrading to a flat rate priority box then all jewelry will be packaged in zip lock baggies and then a bubble padded envelope.
Gift Wrapping options come in jewelry boxes wrapped in a ribbon with a wax seal on top. This is then placed in a bubble envelope unless you upgrade to flat rate.

Dolls must be sold in flat rate boxes so that I can pack them securely.
Shipping Services and Prices
by default I only ship via USPS.
First Class is the cheapest shipping option. Contrary to popular belief it doesn't usually take that long within the US. It is perfect for small packages and can still be insured.
Priority usually take a shorter time, for ease of pricing and packaging I prefer to use flat rate boxes whenever possible. Price quotes for non-flat rate can be given on a case by case basis if you contact me.
Express Shipping? I don't mind shipping this way for you but keep in mind it can get rather pricey, again contact for a quote.
If you are located in or near Garland, Tx, you are welcome to set up time to pick up your order in person. You can also meet up with me to discuss custom orders or to pay for your order in cash.
